Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Defective or Damaged Containers:
    If the container you receive is not as described, has defects, or is damaged during transit, you can request a refund or replacement.
  2. Order Cancellation:
    If you cancel your order before the container has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
  3. Non-Delivery:
    If we are unable to deliver your container within the agreed timeframe due to circumstances within our control, you may request a refund.
  4. Unsuitable Product:
    If the container delivered does not meet the specifications agreed upon during purchase, a refund or exchange may be arranged.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for the following:

  • Containers that have been modified or altered after delivery.
  • Damage caused by improper site preparation or handling by the customer.
  • Custom or highly specialized containers designed specifically for the customer unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request:
    Contact us via email or phone within 7 days of delivery to initiate a refund request. Provide details of your purchase, including your order number and the reason for the request.
  2. Inspection:
    For damaged or defective containers, we may arrange an inspection to verify the issue. Photos and videos may also be requested to expedite the process.
  3. Approval:
    Once your refund is approved, you will receive confirmation, and the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  4. Return of Containers (if applicable):
    In cases where the container must be returned, we will arrange for pickup or provide return instructions. Containers must be returned in the condition they were delivered, unless they arrived damaged.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase. For bank transfers or direct deposits, please allow additional processing time depending on your bank.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: Full refunds are available for cancellations made before the container is shipped.
  • After Shipping: If you cancel your order after the container has been shipped, a refund may be issued, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
